Registration for the 2025 Structural Engineering Summit includes access to all educational sessions, the best-in-class exhibit hall, and several special events, including the Welcome to New York Party, the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour, and the SEE Awards Celebration. Lunch and coffee are provided on October 15 and 16.
An additional fee, beyond your Summit registration, is required for several events, including the AI Symposium Preconference on Tuesday, October 14 and NYC Site Tours. More details below.

cancellation policy
Registration Cancellation Policy: Registration cancellations must be made in writing via email to ncsea@ncsea.com. No telephone cancellations/refund requests will be accepted. Cancellations received on/before August 31, 2025, will be subject to a $100 non-refundable processing fee. From September 1 through 30, no refund requests will be accepted, but a credit less the cancellation fee will be applied to your account for future events. No credits will be issued for no-shows or cancellations from October 1 through onsite at the Summit.
Substitution Policy: Full Event registrations may not be shared by multiple individuals during the Event. Substitution of registrants may only occur if the original registrant is unable to attend. Substitutions must be submitted in writing to ncsea@ncsea.com by September 12. If the substituted individual falls into a different registration rate category, s/he will be charged any difference.
